- For the glutinous rice: soak the glutinous rice for few hours. Drain. Steam the rice for 15 minutes.
- In another pot, bring to boil 300 ml coconut milk, add smashed lemongrass and pandan leaf. Off the fire..

- Remove from the pan, cut with plastic knives. Wrap with banana leaves and secure it with kitchen twine.
