- Add fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander & green chilies..
- Now add boiled rice..
- Add fried onion over it, yellow food color (mixed in water), few drops of biryani essence..
- & 2 tbsp Oil, cover & keep it at medium flame for 2 minutes, then 10 minutes at low flame..
- After 10 minutes turn the flame off, mix it & serve..
