- Need 4 for tez patta.
- Require 1 tbsp for safeed zera.
- Prepare 2 - badtan ke phol.
- Give 1/4 tsp for jaifal powder.
- Give 1/4 tsp for jawetri powder.
- Need 1/2 tsp for safeed elachi powder.
- Require 1 tsp - biryani essence.
- You need 1 tsp for rooh e kewra.
- You need 1 tsp - zarde ka rang.
- Need 1 cup yogurt.
Chicken Biryani start cooking:
- Sub sy pehle seela rice ko 3 hour ke liye bhigo dein wash kar ke.
- Oil garam krein us main onion cut kar ke golden brown kar lein aur brown onion ko oil sy nekal kar side kar dein.
- Usi oil main sy half oil nikal ke side kar dein baki oil main sare sabit garam masale add krein 1 min kar karain phir chicken add krein.
- Chicken ko etna fry krein oil main ke us ka colour change ho jaye.
- Aub chicken main ginger garlic paste add krein aur khub ache sy 5 min tak bhon lein.
- Ginger garlic paste dalne ke baad,chicken ke hisab sy salt add krein, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Tarmiric powder add krein thora pani dal kar bhon lein 5 min tak.
- Masale add krne ke baad dahi 1/2 cup add krein aur ache sy bhon lein.
- Aub Tamatar gol kat kar add krein aur 5 min ke liye cover kar dein take tomato soft ho jaye.
- 5 min ke baad Tamatar bhi bhon lein thora pani add krein take halki si gravy ban jaye.
- Aub garam masala powder, jayefal, jawetri safeed elachi powder add krein mix krein.
- Lemon cut kar ke add krein allu bukhare add krein.
- Aub chicken main brown onion, green chilies add krein ache sy mix kar lein aur flem off kar dein khayal rahe ke chicken main thori gravy honi chahye kyun ke jab biryani dam lagain tu bhap asani sy ban jaye aur biryani ache sy dam par a jaye.
- Aub ke bare patrlay main chawal ke hisab sy 4 guna pani zada dal kar pani boil kar lein.
- Jab pani main ache sy boil a jaye tu 2 tbsp oil, aur salt add krein chawal ke hisab sy, 1/2 tsp biryani essence bhi dal dein phir rice dalein.
- Ek kani chor kar chawal boil kar lein aur chan kar rakh lein.
- 1/2 cup yogurt main zarde ka rang mix kar ke side kar dein.
- Aub ek khole moh ka bara patela lein us main ready chicken ko pehla kar dal dein oper sy hara dhanya, podena add krein.
- Dhanya, podena add krne ke baad dahi main jo zarde ka rang mila kar rakha tha wo dahi pehla kar chicken par dal dein.
- Dahi dalne ke baad chawal ki teh lagain phir half oil jo nikal kar rakha tha wo oper sy dal dein biryani masala 1/2 tsp dalein, kewara dalein thora pani ka chenta dein aur cover kar dein.
- Aub ek tawa garam krein aur biryani ka patela tawe par rakh dein 10 min full flem par pakain phir slow flame par 15 min ke liye dam laga dein mazedar dar Khushbo dar biryani ready ho jaye gi.
