- Give 12 of Chicken Legs with thighs/Drumsticks.
- Need 2 Tbsp for Vinegar.
- Give 4 Tbsp for Thick Yogurt (Beaten).

- Provide 1 Tsp Garlic paste.
- You need 2 Tsp - Tandoori masala.

- Wash the chicken thoroughly. Pat dry..
- Cut deep gashes..
- Marinate with all the above ingredients (except the chaat masala) covered tightly for 5-6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator..
- Let it come to room temperature before grilling..
- Grill in preheated oven on Grill/Broil setting (500 Degree F) for 15 minutes..
- Turn, baste with the juices & Grill for another 15 minutes..
- Sprinkle chaat masala..
- Serve with Green Chutney, Lemon & Onion rings..
